50% deposit of normal room rate is requested to secure your reservation.   Cheques accepted by prior agreement otherwise cash on arrival please.

Guide price £80 for double en-suite room and £45 for single room with bathroom.  Single occupancy rates available.

Normal check in 6.30 to 9.00pm and check out 9.30 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away potential guests in favour of someone who has already booked and who then cancels. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.

If you need to cancel we will do our best to relet the rooms and return your deposit.  If this is not possible then the deposit will be retained.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you make your booking and we have received the required deposit, a legally binding contract exists between  us that is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.  You may still remain liable to pay in full or in part for the booking, even if you are unable to take your holiday.  Even where you have not paid in full at the time of cancellation, you will remain liable for the full cost.  If for some reason you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let your room and minimise your loss. You should take out cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss.
